Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee, manage, take control and evaluate of all restaurant operations
- Plan and direct the daily operations of the restaurant which includes; inventory of food and beverages, staff scheduling and daily sales monitoring
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
- Develop, implement and analyze budgets
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain customer service standards at the highest level
- Recruit, Interview and oversee training for new hires
- Ensure safety and sanitation is in complete compliance with all local, provincial and federal regulations
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance
- Maintain professional relationships with suppliers to negotiate best food and beverage pricing
Academic, Training and Experience Qualifications
- College/CEGEP or Equivalent Experience
- Several years of managerial experience at a full-service restaurant

Wage
- Salary: $30.00 per hour for 30-40 hours a week at 52 weeks a year
- Overtime (after 48 hours/week) $45.00 per hour
