Position: Nail Salon Manager
Location: Kamloops, BC V1S 1J2
Wage: $40/hour – 40 hours per week
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Day, Evening, Morning, Weekends

You will be responsible for the following:
Supervise and support nail technicians and salon staff
Schedule employee shifts and manage daily operations
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns
Train new staff and help improve team performance
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards
Monitor inventory and order supplies when needed
Assist in hiring staff and managing team performance
Keep records of sales and prepare simple reports
Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required
1 to 2 years of experience in a salon or customer service role
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage a team and solve problems
Basic knowledge of salon services and products
Organized and responsible
