Regulatory Compliance Specialist
We are hiring for Full time Regulatory Compliance Specialist for our office located at Location 139, Devon Road suite 3 Brampton, ON L6T 5L8

Job Duties :
Review and analyze client documentation, operational records, and safety-related information to identify gaps in regulatory compliance related to transportation and occupational health and safety requirements.
Conduct compliance reviews of files, hours-of-service records, safety logs, and related documentation to assess adherence to regulations.
Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and risk management processes aligned with regulatory standards.
Analyze compliance data, audit findings, and operational records to support reporting requirements and assist in preparing documentation for regulatory submissions.
Maintain and update compliance tracking systems, filing structures, and documentation databases to ensure accurate and accessible records.
Prepare compliance reports and audit summaries, and assist in outlining corrective measures to address identified deficiencies.
Coordinate with internal teams and client representatives to gather required information and ensure timely completion of compliance-related activities.
Provide guidance to staff on documentation requirements, compliance procedures, and record-keeping practices in line with regulatory standards.
Participate in compliance audits and assist in identifying deficiencies and supporting the implementation of corrective actions.
Monitor updates in regulatory requirements and assist in updating internal processes and documentation accordingly.
May perform other related duties as assigned
Prerequisites:
Education: Master's degree or equivalent experience
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $45.67 per hour for 30 to 40 hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full-time and permanent
