Audio and video recording technician
High Rise Entertainment & Music Ltd, a video and sound recording firm based in Abbotsford, BC, is seeking a Video and Sound Recorder Technician to join its team.
The right candidate will have the following skills:
Completion of a college or other program in recording engineering, audiovisual technology or a related field. Relevant experience as a recording studio assistant may replace formal education.
Familiarity with Punjabi and Hindi music production is preferred.
Good command of English. Knowledge of Punjabi or Hindi is preferred.
These are the job responsibilities:
Set up, prepare, operate, and adjust audio recording, editing, and reproduction equipment to record, edit, and reproduce sound input or pre-recorded material for music videos.
Prepare and operate video recording equipment to record videos, live events, and to edit material after production.
Operate audio consoles or computers, microphones and sound processing equipment to mix, combine and edit music and sound for music videos and live events.
We are offering $36.75 hour for 30 hours/week
