JOB DESCRIPTION
· Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of building maintenance staff and external contractors involved in repairs, installations, and servicing of hotel facilities
· Inspect hotel premises, including guest rooms, common areas, and exterior structures, to identify maintenance issues and ensure compliance with safety, operational, and quality standards
· Oversee and participate in maintenance and repair work related to plumbing, electrical systems, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and general building infrastructure
· Recommend, arrange, and monitor maintenance services such as painting, carpentry, equipment servicing, renovations, and replacement of furnishings and fixtures
· Coordinate work activities with other hotel departments to minimize disruption to guests and ensure timely completion of maintenance projects
· Prepare cost estimates and assist in developing and managing budgets for repair, maintenance, and renovation projects
· Ensure proper use, maintenance, and inventory control of tools, equipment, and materials required for building maintenance operations
· Hire, train, and supervise maintenance and cleaning personnel; assign duties and monitor performance to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
· Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations, ensuring minimal downtime and guest inconvenience
· Maintain records of inspections, maintenance work, repairs, and expenses for reporting and compliance purposes
· Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations, building codes, and company policies
· Communicate regularly with management regarding maintenance status, required upgrades, and operational improvements

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
· High School completion
· 1-2 years of previous experience of working as a building maintenance worker is required

Candidate should be willing to work in both morning & evening shifts.
Sometimes overtime may be required on some busy days/weekends
