Subway in Grimshaw is looking for an experienced Food Services Manager to lead daily operations and support a high‑performing team. This is an on‑site role in a rural setting with responsibility for supervising staff members.
What You’ll Do
Analyze and manage budgets to maintain strong profitability
Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff performance
Plan schedules, train employees, and supervise multiple work areas
Monitor revenue, labour costs, and inventory
Adjust menu pricing and food preparation methods based on budget
Negotiate with suppliers and maintain stock levels
Handle customer concerns and ensure excellent service
Complete cash reports, balance sheets, and related documentation
What We’re Looking For
College diploma (1–2 years)
3–5 years of relevant experience
Strong communication skills (oral & written)
Organized, dependable, flexible, and able to multitask
Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment with repetitive tasks and extended standing
