Auto Detailing Supervisor
Blackout Auto Detailing and Restoration is seeking to hire an Auto Detailing Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for an experienced Auto Detailer Supervisor who would share our enthusiasm for cars. This is a full-time position, 35 hours per week. Currently, we are open Tuesdays to Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Job Duties:
• Prepare work schedule and assign duties to the cleaning staff.
• Inspect work areas and facilities to ensure the company's health and safety policy, cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.
• Prepare and complete related documentation, work logs and reports.
• Allocate equipment to staff and monitor daily equipment use, cleaning and maintenance,
• Familiar with techniques, products and equipment use for specialized detailing, ceramic coatings and dent removal.
• Clean and sanitize equipment in preparation for the next run, such as washing parts, changing dust collection, cleaning tools, etc.
• Perform other related duties as required.
Skills requirements and Experience:
• Completion of Secondary school education is required
• A minimum of 1-year of working experience as an auto detailer is a must.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Wages: $ 36.00/hr for 35 hrs per week.
