Position Overview
Patricia Ford Sales (1994) LTD is seeking a dedicated and customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our automotive repair team. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional, efficient, and positive service experience. Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries (written and verbal) and provide accurate service information
Explain service procedures, associated risks, and cost estimates
Address customer concerns and manage complaint intake and documentation
Arrange billing, process payments, and issue receipts, refunds, and credits
Maintain service records, logs, and digital databases
Develop communication strategies and support advertising or promotional initiatives
Prepare and edit newsletters, press releases, and communication materials
Provide after‑sale support and follow‑up with clients
Manage social media and online communication tools as required
Qualifications
Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
No prior experience required; training will be provided
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with MS Windows, Google Drive, spreadsheets, and internet applications
Experience with Shopify and social media platforms considered an asset
Requirements:
Valid driver’s licence
Criminal record check
Driver’s licence validity check
