Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work setting: Office building, cleaning service company, Commercial facility, Hospital/medical facility or clinic, Shopping centre or mall, Swimming pool maintenance service company, Pest control service company
Tasks: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards, Assist cleaners in performing duties, Co-ordinate work activities with other departments, Maintain equipment
Supervision: 5-10 people
Janitors, caretakers and building superintendents
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: First Aid Certificate
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Repetitive tasks, physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Handling heavy loads
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
