We are seeking a Bell Captain at 1050 Paignton House Road, Minett, ON P0B 1G0, Canada.

JOB DUTIES:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of bell attendants, valet staff, and guest service personnel to ensure efficient guest arrival and departure operations.
Welcome guests in a professional manner and ensure prompt assistance with luggage handling, room orientation, transportation arrangements, and resort information.
Coordinate luggage delivery, storage, and guest requests while maintaining Marriott service standards and luxury hospitality practices.
Monitor guest service operations in lobby and entrance areas to ensure smooth workflow, timely service, and high levels of guest satisfaction.
Train and mentor bell staff on guest relations, hotel procedures, safety standards, and proper handling of guest belongings and equipment.
Assist guests with directions, local tourism information, resort amenities, dining reservations, and recreational activities available within the Muskoka region.
Coordinate transportation services, valet operations, and group arrivals for conferences, weddings, and special resort events.
Maintain communication with front desk, housekeeping, concierge, and security departments to support efficient hotel operations and guest services.
Resolve guest concerns and service issues promptly and professionally while ensuring a positive guest experience throughout the resort stay.
Prerequisites:
Education: Secondary School or equivalent experience
Language: English
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field.
Hourly Salary: $25 for 30 hours to 40 hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full-time and permanent
