Automotive Service Technician
We are looking for a well experienced Automotive Service Technician for “Richmond Hill Toyota” located at 11240 Yonge St Richmond Hill, ON L4S 1K9, Canada.

JOB DUTIES
Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems in Toyota vehicles using computerized diagnostic equipment and manufacturer specifications.
Perform scheduled maintenance services, including oil changes, brake servicing, tire rotations, fluid checks, and engine tune-ups in accordance with dealership standards.
Test and adjust vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, braking, and fuel systems to ensure proper performance and safety.
Identify mechanical issues through road tests and diagnostic procedures and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
Repair or replace defective components including engines, transmissions, alternators, starters, sensors, and other automotive parts.
Utilize Hyundai diagnostic tools, technical manuals, and repair software to complete repairs accurately and efficiently.
Ensure all repair work complies with Canadian standards, workplace safety regulations, and dealership quality control procedures.
Maintain accurate service records, repair orders, and inspection reports within the dealership management system.
Communicate with service advisors and parts personnel regarding repair requirements, parts availability, and estimated completion timelines.
Prerequisites:
Education: Other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience
Experience & Skills: 3 years to less than 5 years
Language: English
Certificate Required: Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification
Hourly Rate: $36.00 to $38.00 per Hour for 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
