What You'll Be Doing
As part of our team, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience while delivering top-quality products every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Cutting and preparing a variety of meats to precise standards and customer requests
• Whole animal breakdown and fabrication (where applicable)
• Creating attractive retail displays and professionally packaging products
• Maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation
• Keeping a clean, organized, and efficient work area
• Helping customers with recommendations, cooking advice, and product knowledge
• Working alongside an energetic team in a fast-moving environment
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who combines technical skill with personality and pride in their work.
You have:
• Previous butcher experience or similar industry experience
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat cutting techniques
• Understanding of food safety and handling practices
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic kitchen or food preparation experience (an asset)
• Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
