Mussbacher Enterprises Ltd. O/A Once Upon A Child is currently hiring a Sales supervisor - retail for Permanent, full-time position to join the team as soon as possible.
Job Location: 1300 Woolridge St suite 10, Coquitlam, BC V3K 6Y6

Salary: $36.60/hour for 30-40 hours per week

On-site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Main duties:
Assign sales workers to duties
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
Order merchandise
Authorize return of merchandise
Establish work schedules
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Organize and maintain inventory
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Requirements:
Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
Experience: 2-3 years of experience is required
Language: English
Supervision: 5-10 people
Art or fashion design experience: Accessories, Footwear, Children's clothing
Area of specialization: Clothing, Retail store
Transportation/travel information: Own transportation, Public transportation is available
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking and Standing for extended periods
