Salary: $ 24.10 hourly

Hours: 32 to 40 per week

Education: completion of secondary school

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience

Job Duties:

·         Supervising and managing store staff, which may include sales associates, cashiers, and other team members.

·         Scheduling shifts and ensuring adequate coverage to meet customer needs.

·         Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers, addressing their questions and concerns, and resolving issues.

·         Ensuring that the store maintains a clean and organized appearance.

·         Managing inventory levels, including ordering products, tracking stock levels, and conducting regular stock checks.

·         Handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.

·         Implementing promotional campaigns and ensuring that products are displayed attractively.

·         Overseeing cashiers and cash management, including balancing registers, handling cash deposits, and managing cash shortages or overages.

·         Training new employees and providing ongoing training and guidance to existing staff.

·         Ensuring that employees are knowledgeable about the products and services offered.

·         Identifying and resolving operational problems that may arise.

·         Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and record-keeping.

·         Managing paperwork related to inventory, orders, and employee records.
