• Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up specific kitchen stations to create an efficient workflow for meal preparation and daily
service.
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, sides, and other food items according to menu requirements, recipes,
and service standards.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for daily meals and special events.
- Assist the Kitchen Manager in developing a new menu for the restaurant and special occasions.
- Check food products and kitchen supplies regularly, and report low stock or shortage issues to the
Kitchen Manager.
- Assist with ordering required items on time and help reduce waste through proper storage and
inventory rotation.
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Train new kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring they know proper food handling, cooking techniques,
and safety protocols for efficient kitchen operations.

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of related cooking experience is required
