Wage: $25.00 -$30.00 per hr, 35 - 40 hrs per week, plus 4% remuneration for vacation pay of gross salary

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Language: English
Work Setting: Fast Food Restaurant

Specific Skills:
· Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations
· Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise team members
· Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve customer complaints promptly
· Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and adherence to Tim Hortons brand standards
· Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs (labor, food, waste)
· Ensure all team members follow health and safety policies and local regulations
· Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve profitability and performance
· Complete administrative duties, including payroll, banking, and inventory reports
· Foster a positive and inclusive team environment
· Lead by example and support the development of future leaders within the team
· Receive and put away product deliveries following FIFO standards and safety protocols
Supervision: 16 – 20 people
