JOB DUTIES
Hire and train or arrange for t raining of cleaning staff
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovat ions or replacement of furnishings and equipment
Assist cleaners in performing dut ies
Establish work schedules
Perform prevent ive maintenance
Provide customer service
Troubleshoot problems related to equipment
Maintain inventory of equipment
Coordinate subcontractors activities
Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine extent of repair required
