We are looking for a "Truck Driver" for "Robert Rubino Trucking Ltd." who can perform the following duties:
Plan or adjust routes based on changing conditions, using computer equipment, global positioning system (GPS) equipment, or other navigation devices, to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions
Professionalism in customer service
Load and unload goods
Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
Perform brake adjustments
Perform pre-trip, en-route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
Perform preventive maintenance
Receive and relay information to central dispatch
Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo
Job Requirements:
Position: 3
Language: English
Employment-Type: Full-time permanent, 35-40 hours per week
Education: Minimum Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Wage: $36.00/hr
