Cafe Manager
We are looking for a well-experienced Cafe Manager to work for Sula Chai Baked Goods Inc. located at 260 East 5th Ave East Vancouver, BC V5T 1H3.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the daily operations of the café to ensure efficient service, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
Recruit, train, supervise, schedule, and evaluate café staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels and adherence to company standards.
Establish and enforce operational procedures, food safety practices, sanitation standards, and workplace health and safety requirements.
Monitor customer service performance, address customer concerns, and implement measures to enhance the overall guest experience.
Manage inventory levels, procure food, beverage, and café supplies, and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Control labour costs, operating expenses, cash handling procedures, and sales activities to support profitability and financial objectives.
Develop and implement promotional initiatives, seasonal beverage and baked goods offerings, and operational strategies to enhance customer engagement and increase revenue.
Prepare operational reports, analyze business performance, and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency, service quality, and overall café operations.
Prerequisites:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience & Skills: 5 years or more
Language: English
Other skills;
Good Knowledge of Indian Cuisine
Good supervising skills
Hourly Rate: $37-$38.00 for 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
