Administration Manager

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate administrative and operational support services for landscaping, snow removal, cleaning, and construction projects.
• Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative and operational procedures and recommend improvements to support service delivery.
• Assist in preparing annual operating budgets and project cost estimates.
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the company’s property maintenance and facility service activities.
• Direct and advise staff responsible for scheduling, records management, purchasing, inventory control, client service, and other administrative functions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, workplace safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Hire, train, supervise, and coordinate the activities of administrative and operational support staff.
• Plan, administer, and monitor budgets for service contracts, client projects, equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Develop, maintain, and manage operational records, procedures, and company documentation to support efficient service delivery.
• Organize, monitor, and maintain inventories of equipment, tools, cleaning products, landscaping materials, and other operational supplies.

Compensation: Wage: $50.50 per hour / 30 to 40 hours per week
Requirements
Language: English
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
