(Restaurant Manager)
We are looking for well experienced Restaurant Manager for “Hungry Herbies Drive In” located at 1301 Hwy. 97 North Cache Creek, BC V0K 1H0 Canada.

JOB DUTIES:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient food preparation, customer service, and compliance with company standards.
Recruit, train, supervise, schedule and evaluate restaurant staff, fostering a productive team environment and ensuring consistent service quality.
Monitor food quality, portion control, sanitation, and workplace safety standards to maintain compliance with applicable health, food safety, and occupational health regulations.
Develop and implement operational procedures to improve service efficiency, reduce food waste, control labour costs, and maximize profitability.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the purchasing of food, beverages, packaging materials, and restaurant supplies while minimizing shortages and spoilage.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Analyze sales reports, labour costs, inventory usage, and operating expenses; prepare operational reports and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling procedures, licensing requirements, and all applicable provincial and federal regulations governing restaurant operations.
Prerequisites:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience & Skills: 5 years or more, in the Restaurant or Hospitality Industry.
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $36.60 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
