Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes specializing in Japanese cuisine
- Prepare high-quality sushi, sashimi, and specialty rolls
- Season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience
- Plan menus and determine food portions
- Maintain inventory and records of food ingredients, supplies, and equipment
- Estimate expected food consumption and requirements
- Check the quantity and quality of food and supplies received
- Clean and inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards
Cuisine specialties
- Japanese cuisine
Academic, Training and Experience Qualifications
- Secondary school graduation certificate is required
- A minimum of 1 year of commercial cooking experience is required

Wage & Benefits
- Wage: $18.00 per hour
- Working hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
