The company urgently requires a permanent, full-time FINANCIAL CONSULTANT to provide expert financial analysis, planning, and advisory services to its diverse client base.
DUTIES:
Develop comprehensive financial plans for clients covering cash flow management, budgeting, insurance needs, investment strategies and tax optimization.
Analyze clients' financial records, set goals and set goals and strategies for improving financial performance.
Set financial goals and advise clients on actionable strategies that support growth and profitability.
Provide advise on the implementation of financial plans, ensuring clients remain aligned with targets as market conditions evolve.
Prepare financial models and analyses that guide executive decision making.
Advise clients on cash flow optimization, debt management and investment options.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, reporting standards, and industry best practices across all client engagements.
Build strong client relationships through regular communication, proactive guidance, and a deep understanding of each client’s business model and industry.
Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts by recognizing emerging needs and recommending value‑added solutions.
Attract new clients through networking, referrals, presentations, and participation in industry events.
WAGE, HOURS & BENEFITS:
Wage: $37 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Overtime: Paid according to Ontario regulations; applies after 44 hours per week

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
1–2 years
· Interpreting financial statements to assess profitability, liquidity, solvency, and operational efficiency.
· Conducting ratio and trend analysis to identify performance patterns, risks, and opportunities.
· Building and analyzing financial models for budgeting, forecasting, valuation, and scenario planning.
· Assessing business performance using KPIs, variance analysis, and industry benchmarks.
· Translating insights into recommendations that help clients improve operations, strengthen financial stability, and support long‑term growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Business administration, commerce, economics or a related field.
