Tasks:
l Establish methods to meet work schedules
l Requisition food and kitchen supplies
l Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
l Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
l Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
l Prepare budget and cost estimates
l Address customers' complaints or concerns
l Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
l Prepare and submit reports
l Supervise and check assembly of trays
l Establish work schedules
Supervision: 1 to 2 people, 3-4 people
