City Roofing & Exteriors is seeking two motivated and experienced Roofers to join our growing team in Calgary, Alberta. The successful candidate will install, repair, and maintain roofing systems for residential and commercial projects while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.
Job Duties:
*Install, repair, and replace asphalt shingle roofing systems on residential and commercial buildings.
*Install and repair modified bitumen and single-ply membrane roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, and EPDM.
* Install and repair metal roofing systems using hand and power tools.
* Remove existing roofing materials and prepare roof surfaces for new installations.
* Install roof flashing, vents, drip edges, ridge caps, and other roofing components to ensure proper waterproofing.
* Measure, cut, and fit roofing materials according to project specifications.
* Read blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine roofing requirements.
* Inspect completed roofing work and perform repairs or maintenance as required.
* Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ladders, and other temporary work platforms safely.
* Maintain a clean and organized work site while following company policies and occupational health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Secondary school graduation certificate.
Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in roofing or a related construction trade.
Experience with asphalt shingle roofing systems; experience with modified roofing systems, single-ply membrane roofing (TPO, PVC, EPDM), and metal roofing is an asset.
Valid driver’s licence.
Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and in varying weather conditions.
Ability to lift and handle roofing materials and equipment safely.

Wage: $29.00 – $31.00 per hour
Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week
