Tasks:
l Co-ordinate special events
l Determine the size of food portions and costs
l Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
l Requisition food and kitchen supplies
l Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
l Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
l Inspect kitchens and food service areas
l Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
l Clean kitchen and work areas
