Term of employment: 35h to 40h per week – full time – permanent position.

Job Duties
· Oversee and coordinate daily administrative operations of the dental office to ensure efficient workflow and professional patient service.
· Establish, review, and implement office procedures, policies, and administrative systems to improve clinic operations.
· Schedule, assign, train and monitor the work of administrative and reception staff, ensuring deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
· Coordinate patient appointment scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, referrals, and follow-up communications.
· Maintain accurate patient records, accounts, insurance information, billing records, and other confidential office documentation.
· Prepare and submit dental insurance claims, process payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and assist with patient billing inquiries.
· Assist in preparing operating budgets, monitoring expenses, maintaining petty cash, and supporting inventory and budgetary controls.
· Coordinate the purchase and maintenance of office supplies, dental administrative materials, equipment, forms, and other office services.
· Prepare reports, correspondence, manuals, forms, and other administrative documents required for clinic operations.
· Liaise with patients, dental professionals, suppliers, insurance companies, laboratories, and external service providers as required.
· Ensure compliance with office standards relating to confidentiality, patient records, workplace procedures, and professional conduct.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and administrative area that reflects the standards of the dental clinic.
Requirements
· High School Diploma.
· 2 years experience in a similar position.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Organizational skills.
· Accuracy and speed in executing tasks.
· Ability to work as a team member.
· Follow direction and instructions.
