Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests, and take food and beverage orders at the front counter and drive-thru
• Use the store's beverage equipment to prepare hot drinks such as coffee, tea and espresso-based specialties, as well as cold beverages
• Prepare, heat and finish simple food items such as breakfast sandwiches, wraps, soups and baked goods following brand standards
• Portion, assemble and wrap food items
• Package take-out and drive-thru orders
• Serve customers at the counter and receive payment for food items purchased
• Stock display cases, refrigerators and supply stations, and keep records of the quantities of food used
• Receive, unpack and store incoming supplies in refrigerators, freezers and storage areas
• Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs in the dining area
• Sanitize and wash dishes, utensils and serving items
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces, equipment and service areas
• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash
Education
Secondary high school graduation certificate
