Salary: 58500 annually / 30 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time. As per business requirements must be flexible to work, Early Morning, Night, Shift, Weekends and holidays.

Overview
Languages: English
Education: High school or equivalent experience.
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities and Tasks
· Supervise late-night and overnight restaurant operations, guest service, and food production.
· Open or close the restaurant safely during overnight transitions and secure the building.
· Monitor product quality,-line speeds, and proper holding times for Burger King menu items.
· Handle late-night customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints professionally.
· Direct the night-shift crew, assign daily cleaning and prep tasks, and monitor active performance.
· Train new crew members on safety standards, food safety protocols, and fast-food prep steps.
· Assist the General Manager/Owner in setting shift schedules and covering sudden overnight absences.
· Conduct overnight inventory counts, track stock usage, and log waste or spoilage.
· Restock front and back-of-house stations for the upcoming morning rush.
· Enforce food safety standards, equipment sanitation guidelines, and store security policies.
· Reconcile night-shift cash drawers, manage safe drops, and complete daily sales reports.
· Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
· Provide customer service.
· Perform any other duties as assigned and required for business needs.
