Housekeeping & Laundry Attendant

Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented Housekeeping & Laundry Attendant to join our hotel team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms and common areas to ensure a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms and common areas according to hotel standards.

• Change bed linens, towels and other room supplies.

• Replenish amenities and ensure rooms are properly prepared for guests.

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold and store linens and towels.

• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area.

• Follow proper cleaning, laundry and safety procedures.

• Report maintenance issues, damaged items or missing equipment to the appropriate department.

• Handle cleaning products and equipment safely.

• Provide courteous and professional service to guests when required.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry is an asset.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Reliable, punctual and able to work efficiently.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, lifting and moving equipment.

• Customer-service oriented and professional.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
