Job Duties:
· Co-ordinate, assign, and review the work of the company’s drivers.
· Process purchasing transactions and coordinate work among all departments in the company.
· Coordinate with dispatching crews, schedule drivers and routes.
· Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
· Establish work schedules and procedures.
· Resolve work-related issues.
· Prepare and submit progress and other reports.
· Co-ordinate activities with other logistics and supply chain units and clients.
· Train workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
· Requisition supplies and materials and maintain inventory of yard and trucking supplies.
· Ensure smooth operations of equipment and machinery and arrange for maintenance and repair work.
· Ensure that all departments are working and appropriately coordinated so that deliveries are made in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of High School is required.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience is required.
Language: English is required.
Number of Positions: 1
Wage: $38.50/hour for 40 hours per week along with 4% Vacation pay.
