• Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Korean and Japanese dishes from the restaurant menu, including grilled chicken,
BBQ pork, seafood, ramen, and other cooked items
- Prepare ingredients and assemble sushi rolls, sashimi plates, and Kuro special rolls according to
house recipes and presentation standards
- Prepare special orders for customers with food allergies or dietary requirements
- Check the freshness and quality of ingredients and finished dishes before service
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and coordinate food preparation during service
- Maintain inventory records for food, ingredients, and kitchen supplies
- Estimate food requirements and order ingredients and supplies as needed
- Maintain sanitation, health, and food safety standards and clean kitchen work areas and equipment
• Education: Secondary school graduation certificate required
• Experience: 1 year of related cooking experience is required
