• Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes from the restaurant menu
- Prepare ingredients and follow the restaurant's recipes and portion sizes
- Use grills, fryers, stoves and other kitchen equipment to prepare menu items
- Prepare special orders for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Check the freshness of ingredients and the quality of dishes before serving
- Keep track of food and kitchen supplies and advise when items need to be ordered
- Store food and ingredients properly and keep cooking stations organized
- Keep kitchen equipment and work areas clean and follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Education: Secondary High School Graduation Certificate
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of cooking experience is required
• Flexible work hours: Day, Evening, Weekend
