We are looking to hire a Home Support worker to Look After a Senior person in the family
Employer: Mr. and Mrs. Gill
Permanent Position: Home support worker
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Overtime
Wage Rate: $24.50/hour for 30-40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date:
As soon as possible

Education: High school completion certificate
Experience: Senior care or household management experience an asset; will train
Benefits:
Medical insurance for first 3 months covered by employer, if required.
Transportation expenses covered by the employer
Languages:
Basic knowledge of English
Job Duties
· Administer bedside and personal care
· Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
· Assist in regular exercise, e.g., walk
· Launder clothing and household linens
· Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
· Provide companionship
· Provide personal care
· Shop for food and household supplies
· Prepare and serve nutritious meals
· Cook
Other Information
Candidate must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must be willing to work on all shifts.
