About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Support Workers (Home Support) to provide quality in-home care and assistance. The successful candidates will support daily living activities, personal care needs, companionship, and household responsibilities while promoting the client's comfort, safety, and independence.
Key Responsibilities
Administer bedside and personal care
Administer medications as directed
Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
Assist clients with mobility and regular exercise (e.g., walking)
Feed or assist in feeding clients
Prepare and serve nutritious meals
Cook meals according to dietary requirements
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
Launder clothing and household linens
Shop for groceries and household supplies
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
Qualifications
Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Equivalent experience may be considered
Experience
Experience is an asset

First Aid Certificate
Health Care Aide Certificate
Personal Support Worker Certificate
