About the Role
KFC Cardston is seeking a motivated and reliable Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily food service operations and support a fast-paced restaurant environment. The successful candidate will lead front-line staff, ensure quality standards are maintained, and assist in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff
Train employees in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
Ensure food quality and customer service standards are met
Maintain records of stock, sales, repairs, and wastage
Prepare and submit operational reports
Supervise and check food order assembly
Schedule and assign staff shifts
Promote a positive and productive work environment
Qualifications
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
2 to less than 3 years of related experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Flexible and dependable team player
