Position Details
Position: Food Service Supervisor
Location: Lethbridge, Alberta
Salary: $19.50 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Schedule: Day, Morning, Night, and Weekend shifts
Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Supervise and coordinate activities of food service staff
Train employees in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
Ensure food quality and customer service standards are maintained
Prepare budget and cost estimates
Maintain records of inventory, sales, repairs, and wastage
Prepare and submit operational reports
Supervise and check assembly of food orders and trays
Develop and maintain staff work schedules
Monitor productivity and support daily restaurant operations
Qualifications
Secondary school diploma or equivalent experience
2 to less than 3 years of food service experience
Previous supervisory experience is an asset
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment
Fast-paced restaurant setting
Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Standing for extended periods
