Salary: 28.11 hourly. This is a Unionized position Next wage increment to 28.96 is effective in June 2027. Bi-weekly payment.
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time, 35 to 40 hours per week
Must be flexible to a changing schedule and to be able to work any assigned shift as per business requirements, Evening, Shift, Morning, Day, Weekend
Starts as soon as possible

Responsibilities and Tasks
Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
Prepare food orders for deliveries and catering orders.
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods,
Asist management in creating new menu ideas,
Estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies,
Inspect kitchens and food service areas,
Supervise and Train junior kitchen staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food,
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment,
Clean kitchen and work areas
Any other duties assigned
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Safe Food Handling certificate
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail, Fast-paced environment, Handling heavy loads, physically demanding, Repetitive tasks, Standing for extended periods, Work under pressure
Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
