Job Requirements: High school diploma is must, a college certificate/diploma is an asset & minimium 1-2 yrs work expereince in this field.
DUTIES: Plan , organise, direct and evaluate daily operations of our store.
Manage staff and assign duties,
Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales,
Determine merchandise and services to be sold; Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses,
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages,
Recruit, hire and supervise staff; supervise 3-4 people.
