REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma passed is a must, a college diploma/certificate in the field ofhotel/hospitality managemet/food service will be an asset & 1-2 yrs experience in restaurant operations.
DUTIES to perform at our busy restaurant:
Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies and manage events.
Evaluate daily operations,
Monitor staff performance
Plan and organize daily operations
Supervise staff,
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulation & ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, address customers' complaints or concerns.
