Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and prepare guest accommodations at our five-unit Airbnb property located in Niagara Falls, Ontario.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all guest suites and common areas are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, organized, and prepared to meet high hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and prepare guest suites before guest arrivals and after departures.
Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and common areas.
Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and disinfect surfaces.
Replenish toiletries, paper products, and other essential guest supplies.
Inspect guest suites for damages, missing items, and maintenance concerns, and report issues promptly.
Ensure accommodations are clean, organized, and ready for incoming guests.
Maintain cleaning equipment, supplies, and storage areas in an orderly condition.
Follow established cleaning procedures and maintain consistent cleanliness standards across all five units.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum one (1) year of professional cleaning experience.
Previous housekeeping experience in hotels, Airbnb properties, or short-term rental accommodations is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Ability to maintain consistent cleaning quality across multiple guest accommodations.
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly Wage: CAD $20.00
Hours: 30 hours per week
