Nanny,
The Roopra Family seeks a compassionate and responsible Nanny to care for their 8- and 10-year-old children. This is a full-time, year-round, permanent position
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and serve meals for the children
Assist with homework and educational activities
Ensure the children’s safety and well-being at all times
Engage in fun, age-appropriate activities (both indoors and outdoors)
Provide light housekeeping related to the child’s care (e.g., laundry, tidying up)
Encourage the child’s social and emotional development
Give simple guidance on personal hygiene and manners
Supervise the children’s day-to-day activities and ensure proper routine
Pick up the children from school
Additional duties as required
Job Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary Education
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar nanny or childcare position, or completion of a relevant training program
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
Wages: $20.00/hr. for 30 hours per week
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Work Location: Private house on Crestview Ave, Abbotsford, BC, V2T 6T5
