Work location: On site; you will work on ski hill in winter and in RV ground in summer. This is a year-round position. You must be flexible to work any assigned shift to meet the business demands which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

· Salary: 25.90 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work site environment: Outdoors/All weather conditions
Work setting: RV Park/campground/Hotel, resort/Ski centre/resort
Responsibilities Tasks
Schedule events, programs and activities
Arrange for maintenance and repair work
Assist clients/guests with special needs
Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations
Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
Supervise operation of mechanical equipment and machinery
Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
Co-ordinate and schedule activities
Recruit staff
Maintain supply storage areas
Operate ski lifts
Perform pre-operational inspection
Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Supervision: Ski lift attendants
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Standing for extended periods. Work under pressure. Physically demanding. Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50lbs as well as be physically fit enough to regularly complete physical inspections of all. Professional demeanour and appearance.
