Requirements
· Completion of secondary school
· 1 years of related experience is required
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent interpersonal skills
· Ability to work on all shifts (morning, day, evening & weekend)
Responsibilities
· Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of food service staff, including servers, cooks, bartenders and other restaurant employees.
· Train and guide staff on food preparation and service procedures, workplace safety, sanitation and proper handling of food and beverages.
· Monitor food service operations to ensure consistent food quality, timely service and compliance with the restaurant’s standards.
· Respond to customers’ questions, complaints and concerns and take appropriate action to resolve service issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
· Maintain and review records related to food and beverage inventory, stock levels, sales, waste and equipment or supply needs.
· Prepare and adjust staff work schedules based on business volume, operating hours and staffing requirements.
