Job Summary:
Windsor Meats is seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, supervise staff, manage inventory, coordinate sales activities and ensure excellent customer service.

Position: Retail Sales Supervisor
Location: 12251 No 1 Rd suite Unit 190 Richmond, BC V7E 1T6
Work Location: On site
Wages: 24.04 hourly /
Working Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Work Schedule: Evening, Morning, Day, Weekend
Start Date: Starts as soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, including apprentices, stage hands, and design team members; assigning sales workers to their respective duties; hiring and training staff or arranging for their training; authorizing payments by cheque; ordering merchandise; establishing work schedules; preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters; organizing and maintaining inventory; and supervising and coordinating the activities of workers.
