Food Service Supervisor

JID Operating Corporation dba Jo’s Italian Deli located at (business and work location) 2505 Alma St, Vancouver, BC requires permanent, F/T (40 hrs/week) qualified Food Service Supervisor. Duties include: supervise, coordinate and schedule various staff activities that prepare, portion and serve food, establish work schedules and procedures, keeping records of stock, repairs and wastage, ensuring food quality and customer service meet quality control standards, estimate and order supplies and ingredients for meal preparation, training staff in job duties, sanitation and proper safety procedures. Secondary school and either college program in related field or 1 year of experience in food preparation or service is required. Language of work: English.
