· Salary: $46,020 Annually. This salary is inclusive of holiday pay and/or any overtime hours worked by the Employee.

Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 2 to less than 3 years of experience in the food service sector including supervisory experience.
Work Setting: Fast food restaurant
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment; Work under pressure; Tight Deadlines; Attention to detail; Repetitive tasks; Occasionally lift, move, carry and stack cartons up to 50 pounds from various heights to/from shelves; Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Stand and walk for long periods of time (duration of shift); Large workload.

Job requirements and Responsibilities:
· Conduct performance reviews
· Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
· Organize and maintain weekly inventory.
· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
· Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
· Assist manager to negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
· Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
· Provide customer service and address customers' complaints or concerns.
· Recruit, train and supervise staff.
· Conduct weekly audits on all operational standards.
· Assist drive through and customer’s service.
· Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
· Monitor revenues to determine labour cost.
· Leading and instructing individuals.
· Perform same duties as workers supervised.
· Any other duties as assigned.
