n Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Establish work schedules and procedures, and coordinate activities with other departments
- Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery
- Arrange maintenance and repair work as needed
- Address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Assist clients/guests with special needs
- Enforce health and safety regulations, and company policies
- Requisition of supplies and materials

n Education: Academic: Secondary school graduation certificate required
