We are looking for office administrative assistants to work at 717 W Pender Street, suite 2nd floor, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6C 1G9, Canada and various locations in the region.

JOB DUTIES:
● Coordinate communication across departments, ensuring the timely exchange of important updates and project statuses.
● Monitor daily operations, identify areas for improvement, and ensure processes run smoothly.
● Motivate and support staff to maintain a positive work environment and foster collaboration.
● Handle incoming mail, packages, and documents, ensuring timely distribution to the appropriate team members.
● Oversee scheduling of appointments and meetings, confirming arrangements and ensuring effective time management.
● Manage contracts with clients and vendors, ensuring compliance with terms and timely processing.
● Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, providing clear and prompt communication.
● Compile data and reports to support decision-making and track team performance.
● Maintain and organize both digital and manual filing systems for easy access to important documents.
● Provide customer support, addressing questions or issues and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Prerequisites:
Education: Completion of a one- or two-year college on similar area
Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience industry
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $26.44 to $36.00 per hour for 30 to 40 hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
