Main duties:
1.Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the company’s grain terminal and toll processor leasing activities.
2.Develop and oversee the implementation of the company's grain terminal and toll processor leasing marketing strategy.
3.Publish leasing advertisements, find target customers, understand customer needs, sign leasing contracts with customers, and manage leasing contracts.
4.Estimate maintenance/repair/operation costs for the company’s grain terminals and toll processors and formulate a maintenance/repair/operation budget.
5.Inspect/maintain the infrastructure and toll processors at the company’s grain terminal regularly to ensure they are in good working order and resolve any malfunctions in a timely manner.
6.Develop a schedule and process for safety inspections and preventive maintenance at the company’s grain terminals and toll processors.
7.Organize and direct administrative services at the company's grain terminal, including but not limited to signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
8.Prepare data related to the company's grain terminal and toll processor leasing, compile relevant reports, and regularly report operations to the company's supervisors.
9.Recruit, train and supervise employees to carry out work related to grain terminal and toll processor leasing.

Requirements:
1.College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
2.At least 3 years of relevant working experience in property management.
